Game Crashes When I Click To Change hotkeys

Report in-game bugs here, serious ones are highly rewarded.

So the bar above the character equipment "Hotkey bar" when I click any of the numbers my client just crashes.
I tried reinstall, clearing cache, can't figure out please help....
